ABOUT OUR WORK

It is a joy and an honor to deliver energetic and educational presentations to student assemblies. Stan’s music will engage students while reinforcing important educational messages. Stan successfully balances information and entertainment, with a strong emphasis on education.

The program is a rapid-fire performance. Student participation is an important part of our program but questions will be limited to a short wrap-up and the end. Stan’s educational products can continue the learning. Our web site is a great resource with samples of the albums available, composting stories, and links to the best environmental resources out there.

PRICING

Stan will quote you a price based on your specific needs. Number and type of programs, length of stay and distance from Kansas City will all affect the total. Fill in the booking request form to assist us in filling your request.

GRADE LEVEL CONSIDERATIONS

We strive to be an age-appropriate educational resource, so for this reason, we suggest our shorter lively program for grades K-2 and our longer, still lively, yet more advanced program for grades 3 and up. All-school (i.e., k-5) assemblies can limit program effectiveness, but we willingly do them in the interest of seeing more schools in less time. LOGISTICS
A table for Stan’s props and a nearby electrical outlet are our main needs. Stan will have all the sound equipment needed with him. Loud noises from coolers, fans and air handlers can adversely effect the sound quality and effectiveness of the program. Consider unplugging or turning off these items if possible for the short duration of our program. It may be helpful to have four strong student helpers for loading and unloading.
